Connor Gair
Osteopath
Connor graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in London with a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost) degree and now treats at our clinics in Great Baddow and Sible Hedingham.
Connor decided to become an osteopath having been a patient himself following a rugby injury in his teens. He takes a structural approach to treatment and likes to use manipulation, Western Medical Acupuncture, massage, shockwave therapy and rehabilitation exercises to help his patients become pain-free.
Away from the clinic, you’ll find Connor trying to keep up with his young family or in his wood workshop.
Josh Ferris
Osteopath and Ear Microsuction Practitioner
Josh graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master’s in Osteopathy (M.Ost). His passion for osteopathy began after witnessing its effectiveness in helping family members recover from various issues, sparking a dedicated career in holistic health. In addition to his clinical practice, Josh serves as the Head of Medical and Chairman for a semi-professional men’s football club in Southend, where he supports players’ health and performance.
Josh takes a structural approach to osteopathy, combining soft tissue techniques, articulation, and manipulations. He is also trained in cranial osteopathy, allowing him to offer gentle treatments tailored to each individual’s needs. Additionally, he is qualified in ear microsuction, the gold standard for safe and effective ear wax removal. With a broad skill set and a deep commitment to patient care, Josh provides comprehensive treatment to promote overall well-being and functionality.
When not working, Josh enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for cooking.
Céline Denys
Osteopath
Celine graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, Kent with a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost) degree and is part of the team in the Heybridge clinic.
She has experience in treating a wide variety of complaints in children, ante-natal patients and adults of all ages. Her treatment plan is based on the individual patient and their symptoms and encompasses all osteopathic modalities according to the patient’s needs and preferences. These modalities include cranial osteopathy as well as structural techniques e.g. soft tissue work, manipulations, joint mobilisations etc.
She incorporates advice and exercises in her treatments to ensure long-term benefits. Outside the clinic, she likes to keep active in the gym, which balances her passion for cooking and baking. She also loves walking her dog and has a big heart for animals.
Lucia Di Cicco
Osteopath
Lucia has been practising an Osteopath since graduating from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013 with a Masters degree. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and also qualified in dry needling. Lucia uses her knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and her understanding of the importance of naturopathy to encourage and assist a patient’s return to their optimum health. Lucia aims to educate her patients on their condition as she feels this is an important and vital factor in the healing process.
Lucia is a successful sports person; having competed in county and premier league-level netball. She has a particular interest in treating sports-related injuries. Using structural osteopathy and sportsspecific rehabilitation, Lucia aims to help patients return to competition and assist in injury prevention.

Jamie Trye.
Sports Massage Therapist
Jamie has been interested in health and fitness his whole life, having started practicing Ju-Jitsu and other martial arts from a young age.
He then further expanded his knowledge, becoming a CIMSPA accredited Personal Trainer, bringing with him his knowledge from martial arts to help improve peoples flexibility, mobility and movement patterns. Always curious for more knowledge, Jamie then expanded into Soft Tissue Therapy; having completed his level 3 Sports Massage qualification and now studying for his level 5 Soft Tissue and Clinical Remedial massage qualification.
Away from the clinic, you’ll rarely find Jamie sat still. Usually either training his clients, training himself, or looking for the next challenge!

PETER GRZEBYK.
PHYSIOTHERAPIST and Osteopath
Peter first graduated with a Bachelor’s then Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in Poland, before moving to the UK and then additionally graduating with a master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy.
Peter’s interest in the human body and how to restore it to full functionality started in Poland. During his bachelor’s and master’s degree he worked as a support and then lead physio for the national team of indoor and beach volleyball at national level respectively. After the Rio 2016 Olympics he realised there is still more to learn and continued his education through various speciality courses including taping, dry needling and special methods of soft tissue therapy.
Being a father himself he understands how important it is to perform at peak abilities. Thanks to his dual degree and almost 10 years of experience as a physiotherapist he can adopt his treatment style to your needs and expectations.

Daniel Le Winton.
Osteopath
Daniel’s initial interest in osteopathy began after suffering with a powerlifting injury and his natural interest in biomechanics and his passion for being able to help people led him to pursue this fulfilling career. He has a particular interest in treating headaches, sports injury and rehabilitation and treating paediatric patients and his treatments follow a structural and functional approach to achieve great results with his patients.
Andrew Brodie
osteopath
Andy graduated from the University College of Osteopathy with a Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost) degree and now treats at our clinics in Heybridge and Sible Hedingham.
He decided to become an Osteopath after his own struggles with chronic low back pain, becoming fascinated with the Osteopathic approach and the impact it had on his life.
Andy’s treatment stems from his belief the body has an inherent ability to heal itself given the right support and he will aim to facilitate this process through his holistic approach. As well as studying Osteopathy Andy is also a qualified sports massage therapist.
A former county level swimmer and keen golfer he understands the importance of getting people back to pursuits they love.
When Andy is away from the clinic he can be found spending time with his wife and daughter, playing golf or out on the kayak.
Steven Pratsides
osteopath
Steve graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1986 and uses this wealth of experience to his advantage when treating patients in our Baddow clinic. Steve specialises in acute musculoskeletal issues and has a gentle treatment approach to give patients a relaxed and assured experience during their appointment. As well as using traditional, structural osteopathic techniques, he also uses taping, interferential and ultrasound therapy to enhance the care of his patients.
