Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment to help patients with musculoskeletal pain and injury. Osteopathy focuses on finding and treating the root cause of a patient’s symptoms to help get them pain-free, moving better and using their body to its best ability.
At the clinic I combine different techniques such as massage, joint manipulation, dry needling and stretching as well as giving rehabilitation exercises for optimal results.
